I hate people like you, who whenever someone makes a criticism to the game says "no one is forcing you to play" or something along those lines. You're right, no one is forcing anyone to play, however being annoyed about something bad is perfectly reasonable and may lead someone to make a formal complaint which could effectively change something. However, I believe things such as the support system are ran by unixmad (as the support page is branded under toonslab) and since when has unixmad cared. tl;dr no one is forcing anyone to play but complaining isn't always bad |

If you meant 'he can't access to his email account'. then he has to contact the email provider to deal with that issue. There's a mobile game that has about 100k users daily and have no support page/system at all. lol. Just FAQ, faq urself.. |

line play. there's no support. you can report people, but that's about it. line (messenger) has a web contact form, but it doesn't include line play (game) for the support. so you won't get the answer you want. you can clearly see the massive amount of complaints and issues through their official facebook comments, app store reviews. they have no official forum, but they had a tumblr from 2012 that is left outdated/unused. i know why they have no support though. but i'll stop it here. |
