Yeah, GST was first held in mid 2011. 2009 was half a month of the game, 2010 activity and updates started improving, 2011 player activity began to mature and updates became more focused. Not too sure I agree. With the steady increase of players over the game's lifespan, the size and number of guilds involved also increased. I think a lot of guilds nowadays recruit foreign members to hold a tower during their overnight hours instead of passing it to a foreign-based guild or simply dying out for the day. Teams seem pretty "offensive" or "aggressive" towards their goal nowadays. (I think they are hunting for those hats..) This was a big reason a lot of early players got into the game! The horses did come out that year. I want to say they were already available by this time but it may have been just around this time.. |

And even after that, when you could damage allies. Ahah so fun
Especially considering they just hit 1k, get hat and then go to another guild to repeat their 1k actions. Pre-1k hat whoring, guilds were almost always under attack. Even during "night shifts, there would be 5-15 people attacking. I used to prinarily do night shifts. It was fun. All you get these days is a few pkers. Half the guilds Ive helped to reach 1k recently would just afk sards and the decay would get the flag to 30 or even 1 before someone would check their game, heal the flag then afk again.
I prefer the original horses too. They are quirky and odd. |
