This is why you should send any store related problems to [email protected]
, not toonslab. This way you can attach your receipt to the email. We have never advised anyone to send it to Toonslab.
Remember to include a copy of your receipt and your Graal ID.

If this is the case, It needs to be brought out more as a thing to do in the feedback and other help areas, I'm pretty sure most, if not almost every normal player in graal will tell you that you'd need to go to toonslab to discuss this kind of ordeal if they had this issue, Such as it is said in the feedback and help sections to go to toonslab for help. This is even more so misleading when you actually go to toonslab and it looks pretty apparant you are supposed to get help there with this sort of issue as you can see with the image below

This is really misleading to the majority of the playerbase, Not only does many parts of the game suggest going to Toonslab, But Toonslab never states on the help forum to ever go to [email protected]
at all. Infact it's literally never even mentioned. or brought up, They need to put this in the help section of the game or something(It may be in the help section, But i never recall it ever being there)
