He has a point, you can even take that broadcast warning as one. On iZone you are to get two warnings before a jail. Notice how he gives me a "this is your only one" for something that I didn't even do wrong? Sometimes they are eager to punish people.

That's incredibly unprofessional and immature to announce a problem like that over a broadcast. It would be much more effective and professional to pm them directly. That's just ******ed.
