I haven't guild sparred for a while, but when I used to it was generally 1 on 1. You would generally size the other team up first and then match your best sparrer to their best sparrer accordingly. This one works if they have the same strategy, but if they don't you could always have two players play defense just protect them selves if someone tries to attack hopefully saving their health. Then have two attacks who try to take as much damage from the other 4 opponents before they die. Your attackers will die but make sure that they get a lot of damage for their death, meaning significantly lower the other teams hp since all 4 will probably be living when your two attackers die. Then your two defenders go to attack/defense mode. Try to preserve your health and go after the members with the most health, or if they have a really good player go after them. Yet, most strategies only work if you have good sparrers, there is no formula that will get you a win except hard work and perseverance.
