I'd rather wait for Valve's console so I don't have to re-buy all games I already have. And the lack of backwards compatibility with 360 is another reason I won't buy this.

The Xbox 1 is supposed to be your center of your entertainment. Microsoft does not want to be out done by Sony. And sony doesnt want to be out done by Microsoft. Your dont need wifi to play campaign on cod or something. And why you guys hating Microsoft the gotta do what they gotta do. People need to make a profit. Yes the Xbox 1 is a dumb name well there is a reason for everything.

And yes there is a new cod and yes a new forza. But they aren't just going to stop a HUGE money maker. Don't think they are going to stop for a long time. Until inception become real (or not). Just what is the big deal that there is a new cod or forza other people are excited for it.

Movies are already doing rental releases, so game publishers may do the same thing.

Sony made it a clear point during their reveal that they are focusing on gaming and developers. Just watch their reveal then watch the Xbox One reveal.
Microsoft pitched us a voice controlled tv box and showed us the same ganmes that always come out. Madden, Fifa, CoD, and Forza.
Sony pitched game after game after game.

This is hilarious. Hit the nail on the head.

He made a good point in his rant...there is no reason to buy an Xbox now instead of a PC with the activation codes and mandatory installs.

They could make more money not releasing the Xbox One and focusing on the 360. At this rate it looks like they will be outdone by Sony unless they make some major changes. I know some of you here like Windows 8, but to me it's ****. The reason I'm saying that this is to me this is Microsoft's second big mistake in a row.

I honestly think Microsoft as a whole will slowly die because of Windows 8. They forgot about the people who make having a computer worth it and turned it into a smartphone.
