I mean, you gotta pick and choose what battles to fight, but I think it's a disservice if you don't speak up about problems that you deem important. You don't need to say anything publicly (unless you think you should) but you should bring it up to the proper people in the team. I've had that happen a few times that there were issues that I thought were so big that I had to make management deal with it. Sometimes, though, management didn't deal with it and I had to decide what to do from there. Anyways, no one wants a yes-man who blindly follows the leadership. Zone won't improve if its own staff won't speak up and recognize the problems that it faces.
