I really think you ought to look at the NEXUS range, specifically the NEXUS 5. It's Google's Android phone and it's one of the best phones on the market right now. It uses an unedited Android ROM straight from Google where as the Samsung phones use an edited Android ROM with all of Samsung's **** thrown on it. It runs superbly well and has fantastic hardware and since it's an Android phone it doesn't have all of Apple's restrictions. https://play.google.com/store/device...s_5_black_16gb They're expensive, but not as expensive as an iPhone and you'll honestly get more out of it. |

Okay, how much does it matter and who gives a damn about hardware specs on a phone? I'm not a diehard fan nor do I prefer either phone over the other, but that's a really lousy pitch. The highest hardware-demanding activity you're going to be doing on your phone is playing Infinity Blade, and all of the top smartphones nowaday handle it with ease. The only hardware specs worth mentioning are camera resolution and screen resolution (and even then, barely, if not at all). iPhones are much easier to use and have a more user-friendly and very simple to navigate OS which is constantly supported and updated, as well as a larger selection of apps available (App Store and Cydia). The Galaxy line is fine for those who want "more power", a considerable jump forward on the screen and camera resolution, along with some neat features here and there that make it feel like a portable mini-computer. Pick what suits you best, there is no "superior" option, especially considering how vastly different the operating systems are in terms of use and navigation. I've used Galaxies, iPhones and tinkered around with a Nexus and they're all fine and get their job done more than well enough. Different phones suit and appeal to different people. In other news, the sun is bright and the sky is blue. |

When youre talking about the average consumer, the "cool" factor plays a big roll. Thats why beat by dre headphones are so popular. Im not a headphone expert, but I would say there are better quality headphones than beats for the same price or cheaper. Same thing with jordan shoes, the quality and design aint great, but people love them and pay top dollar. I dont think the average consumer pays too much attention to specs and quality or care that much.
