I went from my iPhone 4 to the Nexus 5 and think the N5 has the easier and snappier UI.

I took the exact same transition from an iPhone 4 to the NEXUS 5 and I've not looked back.  

Samsung Galaxy, I have both and I prefer to use the samsung. (Although I do not have the new s5) But all the screens are pretty much the same. All the iDevice's have the same stuff, but Android lets you do a lot more. Free emulators for Gba and old simulation games, with ought jail breaking/rooting. Also, you can download a lot of better apps, more free ones too. Samsung has like 3 different stores too, and the amazon one gives a free paid app every day. It's mostly just preference, but I highly recommend the s5 if you have the cash

...but if you wear lipstick and walk around in your mother's high heels then by all means get an iPhone  

the S5 is way better, but i perfer iphones because there more user friendly and I don't need that 15 megapixel camera and 4k recording. Anything right now beats my ****ty flip phone that can't ****ing break. I will gladly trade out power anyday for more user friendly interface and ease of use.  

You can do more with Android.
S5 is a name brand, so is Apple, nice products, overused.  

Coming from an s5 user it's hands down the galaxy. The only thing bad is you can't see certain fonts on the game like all androids, but everything else is perfect.  

Get a Nexus 5 man. If you go the Android route it's the best option. I found myself frustrated with Samsung's touchwiz crap and it ruined the experience. The Nexus 5 is a stock android phone from Google so it doesn't come with all the extra garbage.  

Jailbroken iPhones are pretty nice...  

I think it really depends on the person. If you want I Google Nexus or better yet the S5, its great when it comes to the Cameras Megapixels and screen size. But if you preferred a smaller phone and do some basic gaming then the 5s is the way to go. Apply has a 64 bit architecture chip in the 5s which makes it extreme for gaming. although most people think well, it only has 1 GB of ram while a 64bit chip is only good for 4+ GBs of ram. The processing power is faster and the 64bit chip allows a larger registry for storing temp files when gaming.
