Its pissing me off when i want to tell more but i cant becuase of the limit.Why cant you just make it unlimited?

Because it would be annoying. There needs to be a limit. I don't really think there should be a word limit, but a limit that stops you going off the screen. Different sizes and such change it. Though, they aren't made for writing novels. They're meant to be status', not advertisements or anything. |

I don't think HTML was actually planned to work in profile statuses, they just happened to work and people liked them, so they were never removed. If you don't use HTML code to make text smaller, the status message at its maximum length takes up pretty much the entire open space available. For the record, background colors are ugly most of the time.

Speaking of HTML, I once heard that negative font sizes make some crazy cool effects... Tried it, it never worked. Am I doing something wrong?
