How long did it take you to get your account transferred?

I have emailed them at 3pm and haven't gotten a response and its almost 10PM.

:/ I really need this transfer  

I emailed at night and woke up and it was transferred. Also if you know an admin just pm them and they will do it easily

Well I do know one admin and we used to play Era together I don't think she would answer me pms.

Use feedback if you need it right away. Also pm lavaclaw if he's on and not busy. He's a great staff member and will do it for you
