Dude, I wrote on my status on Graal that I did contact Toonslab to change my email. Is that not proof I have ownership? Did I ever blame Graal for not being able to access that email address anymore? No. No I did not. How can you "PROVE" ownership further than what I did, considering I can't access that old email address anymore? Technically it is hotmail's fault for closing my account down. The only way I can get it back is scanning in identification documents and attaching them, along with a whole other barrage of things, when I don't even use that email anymore. Should I have to do that just for Graal? No. |

I'm just saying I change your email the most secure way is to send a reset email link to the email the accounts created with. And as not having access to the email isn't a problem on their side there's not much they can do to help out securely |

Maybe a "log out of all accounts" option would be nice. Maybe even have a traditional log in and password type deal (but able to remember an account). Mainly I think a way to change your email would be good. Then maybe a mobile authenticator or something like steam? That would be nice. I think Graal is pretty secure as is (if you don't give away your info), but they could add a few things. |

When I lost access to my email for the account and my phone got stolen ( so I didn't have any access to it at all ), I emailed them explaining the situation. I stated: My previous emails I have used for the account Showed them the receipt for my Gh purchase Gave some rough details of when my account was created ...etc They managed to get it fixed for me in 1 week, however admins back then where far more interactive and friendly with the community than they are now so that probably helped a bit in my case. |

Nope. All hotmail accounts still work, and you can still register @hotmail accounts anytime. If someone loses access to their e-mail, it should be up to them to gain access to it through their e-mail providers support. You can't really expect Toonslab to just change e-mails because you lost access to your e-mail, if people were able to have their e-mails changed without actually having access that would be a pretty big security flaw on Toonslabs part. I've heard of a few issues regarding players who have their account linked to an ISP related e-mail and then later switching ISP's so they lose access to that e-mail, but you can easily call your old ISP and have them sort this out with things like e-mail forwarding and what not. In a lot of cases, I set up e-mail forwarding even if not needed, this means if an e-mail from Graal was sent to [email protected] the e-mail will automatically be forwarded to [email protected] meaning if I lose access to fakeemail1, I will still be able to access e-mails sent to it through fakeemail2, I would suggest looking into it if you are ever worried of getting locked out of your Graal account. With hotmail/outlook, just find any e-mail from Classic and right-click it then click Create Rule and it will bring you to this interface, if anyone uses anything like gmail/yahoo and wants help setting this up just send me a forum message and I will help you with it. |

We had an issue like this on Zone. Several people complained they were "hacked". So we investigated and figured out scam emails asked for their passwords. So if we get another security detail, they will just ask for that Pin Code too. So yea, like Dusty said: |

As an update, I was able to access my email account once again. Really would like there to be a feature regardless. There's honestly no problem with account security on Graal. Maybe the features I mentioned earlier (being able to log out of all accounts logged in, have a password and username system, and maybe an authentication app)
