True, staff members only wear an (Admin) tag, not a (Police) tag, but not all players are aware of that. We've had problems in the past where some players have added "police", "development team" or "administration team" to their names, impersonated staff, and scammed UDID off new players by threatening to ban them if they didn't comply. While none of these are directly "admin", they all imply the player is a staff member, which they are not. While it's not the new players' fault for not knowing that staff members only have an (Admin) tag and never (Police) at the end of our names, we still have to be careful never to let things like this happen. Sometimes, it's even worse. I've personally caught a scammer impersonating me with a "Police" rank threatening other players and successfully obtaining Apple ID login details. With that, they will have full access to personal data and sometimes even payment cards of their scam victims. We really can't risk things like this happen, and I'm sure the parents of the scam victims weren't too happy with it either. I understand that 90% of players who impersonate staff are doing it just for the sake of attention-seeking, but the 10% who have much more malicious intentions is enough for us to take precautions. |

Although their tag shows up as (Admin) on their profile, that isn't their tag. It will show up as admin if the player has 100 AP. Their actual staff tags are Graal Police or whatever position they are. If you're really that pissed about not being to put the word "Police" in your name, you might want to take a step back and reassess why you're arguing. |
