Google: "Animagic" It's straight forward and obsolete Make an image, copy, paste it into animagic, then paste your next frame, etc. You can set the frame rate and set the "wait time" on certain frames. <- Which is what you want. Transparency is as simple as clicking the eyedrop tool.
