It's your chance to quit the game, I don't think you'll get your account back because you're not the first person who experience the same problem. Same thing happened to primetime and his account had good stats (40k spar wins?) it was probably more valuable than yours, unfortunately the GP team didn't help neither did Toonslab or even the developers. Sorry man, It's still worth trying to get it back tho. Contact toonslab and in-game admins

What sucks is when this happens to someone who has spent a lot of money on in-app purchases. I didn't spend much thankfully so what sucks that most is the time and effort I put into the game. This would be a good time to leave the game behind but the problem is that I have nothing else TO move onto if I did.

I'd suggest completely resetting the router, Redownload graal completely. Make sure it is from the AppStore. And so on. I feel this is more a network issue than a actual graal issue from the sounds of it |
