It doesn't matter very much if you have been banned if you are talented. Spend a few years practicing some sort of development trade (graphics, levels, coding, gani... although i think classic only accepts applications for graphics staff, all other areas are by invite only.) and then apply.

The best way to get in a 'relationship' with an already staff member, in a few weeks you too will be hired, guaranteed to work every time.

It can help if you have experience. But the Classic GP Application is so different because it has nothing to do with knowledge of graal, each question is a situation

Getting a response from a GPA over your application proves to not be a difficult task, for my application was accepted at one point; the hardest part about the application process is the "interview".

To my knowledge and experience this is true for classic.

first of all you Need a Pc that runs the Graal Client you get it here
Than you need or should:
-be minimum 10 hours a week online to work
-don't be banned in the last two years
-not be a immature child, i think on classic you need to be 16 at least
-able to read the "stupidest" reports, pm's

-and many more...

Think twice if you really want to be one, it's not the dream job what you think of ;)
