Anyone know a good editor for iOS and Android? Like a mobile version of gimp? Or graphics gale?

I usually use PC. But I can say I use Infinite Painter for mobile stuff on the go. It's imo the best out there, Older version is better and is what I got now. New version is crap though. Medibang is also good

uhh yeah i only now realised that he said android and ios and i can't edit my previous post  

I reccomend Ibis paint! I do alot of Homestuck and MLP edits on it and it works like a charm!

OMG yes that program is a miracle. Its the equivalent of gimp but on mobile. It even records your history so if u upload ur art it shows a time lapse which I think is cool. Theres so many options i'll just list the ones i use

Rotating without blurring
Easy copying and pasting
Selecting and moving parts
Layering layers
Setting transparency of pen for overlapping shading
Adjusting the transparency of layers
Saving art in .png
Cloning layers
Putting text  

Art Studio Pro(paid one) is awesome,
MediBang is pretty good aswell for free

MediBang paint is pretty good, I’m not sure if it’s on Android tho.  

Are there any mobile editors that can make gif layers? Fancy gifs are pretty hot these days
