http://media.pldh.net/pokemon/gen5/blackwhite_animated_front/448.gif (Unsupported image host) Lucario @ Lucarionite Ability: Justified EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd Jolly/Adamant Nature - Bullet Punch - Close Combat - Swords Dance - Crunch/ExtremeSpeed Lucario doesn't need Earthquake, it's very redundant coverage besides Fighting STAB and Lucario already suffers from terrible four-moveslot syndrome as it is, so it's best to leave Earthquake off him and put it on someone else such as Landorus or Excadrill who can better put it to use. Bullet Punch functions as an 80 BP (after Adaptability) Steel-type priority STAB which helps with faster Rock-types such as Choice Scarf Terrakion where Close Combat won't do the job. Close Combat is the main move of the set; if it doesn't resist it, use Close Combat. It's 240 BP after Adaptability, and backed by a huge 145 Attack stat, this thing devastates anything switching into it. Swords Dance is used to supplement his Attack even more, making him an almost uncounterable mile-high 854 Attack, which guarantees Close Combat to OHKO almost everything in the game that doesn't resist it. Look at these damage calculations: Adaptability Mega-Lucario (252+ Atk) vs. Skarmory (252/252+): 105.4% - 124.6% / Guaranteed OHKO One Swords Dance is all you need. The final moveslot is based on what your team fears or what Lucario needs to get past: Crunch allows for safe coverage against Psychic and Ghost types, most notably the Lati@s duo and Aegislash, while ExtremeSpeed allows you to get past Talonflame and other fast priority users that resist Bullet Punch such as Breloom and Conkeldurr at +2, which would rather OHKO you otherwise. I didn't look at the rest of the team closely, but if you have any questions, let me know. |
