Umm, it tells you how to talk to them without seeming stupid, and tells you the basics. What more do you want, a guide on how to be admnm? (Purposeful typo)

Dang when was there this many staff, there's like 50 people. Good job on the guide , I probably wouldn't have even heard of half of these staff without this lol.
