So the Pokemon Wikia finally uploaded Zygarde's information.

And it is the worst legendary to date lmao. Xerneas ans Ylveltal look really strong, but wow... Zygarde is terrible. Terrible stats with no specialization, awful defensive typing - with its stats promoting defense (lol) on an offensive typing, his ability is literally worthless unless against X/Y, and his most damaging STAB is Outrage with no use for it due to crappy attack stat. Its saving grace is the access to ExtremeSpeed, but even then, it's really underwhelming.

He'll probably be a bulky Dragon Dance sweeper, probably tiered in UU. Exactly as I predicted, a considerably worse version of Garchomp. Its design is nice though. If Black/White is any indication, it'll be buffed like hell in different "formes" like Kyurem was when Pokemon Z comes out.

Someone will start to graft Horns and a Scarf onto him soon..

I could wipe out both teams with a tweaked moveset variation of Red's Iconic party from HeartGold. And thats saying something because I beat him in one turn for each pokemon.

By the by what should I make my shiny tentacool be competetive wise? bulky special attacker + toxic spikes?  

I've only ever used tentacool as a settup for riolu lol

I'm still horrible at making teams, what's a good basic layout for a team?  

Pick a core such as: Dragon-Baton Pass sweep, Toxic/entry hazard stall, weather, etc.

From there, these are the typical 'essentials' of most teams:
- Sweeper
- Entry hazards or Magic Bounce
- Defensive/Sp. Defensive wall
- Perfect offensive type coverage (unless using Dragon offense)
- Offensive wallbreaker

And these are luxuries:
- Rapid Spinner (can also be Entry Hazards) or Magic Bounce
- Setup sweeper
- Stat boost Baton Passer
- Choice Scarf revenge killer
- Suicide entry hazard lead

From there, just build defensively around your core members' weaknesses and try to account for offensive type coverage. These are just the basics though, there's a lot more to team building than I feel like writing here, such as manipulating EVs other than 252/252 to fill certain niches among others.
