That's kind of obvious, but its not like we are going to stop any time soon and its another debate whether its useless or not so its irrelevant to fixing what we can immediately work on. That was my point.

Well it wasn't obvious to you before when you claimed it to be off topic. All money spent in a certain area of the budge effects the other areas. What causes people to "rely" on the government is a lack of education which leads to a lack of opportunities. By giving tons of money for the military you are cutting it from other parts of the budget. Educate people more and you'll have less relying on government issued help. The government has to provide better funded public schooling so that going to a private school because you have the funds doesn't set you above an equally intelligent poorer kid.  

I don't think Romney will win. I really doubt it. And if he unfortunately becomes POTUS, I hope he stays out of Egypt's politics,unlike Hillary!

To be honest, I don't think either of them are the right man for the job. Obama had his chance to get us out of the recession, create more jobs, but instead he tried to install Obamacare, which nobody even asked for voting him into office. Last election, I thought Obama was the right man for the job. This time around, I don't feel like he is.

He only had X amount of years to try and fix an economy that Bush nearly destroyed, cut him some slack.
Obamacare is a major step into bringing America into the same league as the rest of the civilised world in regards to health-care.  

Man Democratics are helping us, Rebublicans carent helping at all they're F******* AMERICA!!! But still he was the only president to have him killed even though Bush, was in office, But still Bush knew that was gonna happen, also all planes in america was shut down but one plane(Osama's Plane) got away and the let him free

Civics class teaches a lot.

Here's what I believe.

I like Obama's plan to find a source for renewable energy. Mitt Romney wants to dig deeper and get oil. We can't go on with oil.

I also like how Obama is pulling the troops out of Afghanistan if he's elected. Mitt Romney suggests to keep them in.

Now, I don't really like how Obama is going to charge the rich for more taxes. It doesn't seem fair to the rich because they work hard for their money. I'm not offending the poor, it just isn't right.

I also disagree with Romney's opinions with gay marriage. If one chooses to be gay and marry, let them be gay. It just seems he is discriminating against the gay.

Overall, I like Obama's choices although we can't be certain whether or not he decides to put these choices into place.

Go democrats!

I know bush destroyed it, but the problem is, in those x amount of years, it got worse. I don't like Obama for his view on taxes though. Increasing the tax on the upper class is detrimental in my opinion. If you tax the wealthy business owners, they lose more money and potentially lose more jobs. Plus, it's showing that if you work hard it's for nothing if you're more heavily taxed that the people that work for minimum wage at McDonald's that dropped out of high school.

The way I see it, if you lowered taxes all together, people would spend more, increasing tax revenue in the long run than heavily taxing people to the point where they don't spend as much. If Obama had a lemonade stand, he'd prefer 3 people to buy his lemonade for $10 than 30 people buy his lemonade for $3.

Ok i agree but thats democrats period also Republicans dont want Gay Marriges.Only thing i liked about Bush is the "No child left behind" Law cause it saved my ass lol. But still Obama is one of the best presidents so far, Now i dont watch the politics much but i heard what my Grandad and Mom were saying and i liked Obamas ideas Romney seems weak for some reason i vote Obama
