This is why I turn my in-game chat off and keep the status completely empty, you don't know what kind of things the admins can misunderstand. Misunderstandings seem to be the most common.

Toonslab has never worked over my 3 years of playing.

You remember how GP's are hired every so often? Yeah, they could actually be 12y/o's, which is a pity.

TBH even a 12y/o can do the GP job easily. There aren't that many occasions where you have to think before acting, most issues are obvious (harassment etc.).

Supported Graal since 2000. Up until April/May of this year (2016) I haven't had a reason to complain at all. Started playing it when it was free, paid for gold subscription several times when that became mandatory, did significant development work from around 2003-2007 or 2008. Came back in 2015 and spent pretty significant money on iClassic.

Why would I lie about a game I've clearly enjoyed for years and had no problem with up until the very last year out of 10 years of me actively playing? That's dumb, lol.

Even when other people have had issues I've defended it, tried to help them find ways to get support or whatever it was they needed, tried to explain from a technical point of view why they might be having trouble, etc.

Running game servers (even bad ones) is a big job. It's not something that
goes without problems. But It's a simple fact that IP issues and database issues should not take 6 months to fix, nor should users having issues with these systems be banned for trying to get support for them.

Yes, sure, it could be possible unixmad caught wind that I'm making some game and took it as a personal threat to his way of life or something, I dunno. But that's still an insane reason to ban me, I've given no detail about this thing in-game, only showed a few close friends my work and had I been warned even once by any admin or even someone who's friends with unixmad/Xor/Carlito, I would've gladly stopped talking about it. As it stands, friends of mine have been talking about it more than I have and I'm the one that got banned, lol. Avalonia is one thing since It's real competition and there is negative history between unixmad and Stefan, but if you're dumb enough to ban a player for developing a game you know nothing about that isn't even released yet, you're delusional.

Good luck man. Hopefully this issue can get resolved. They need less useless GP and more support and PR people. I still got hope.
