Not the 7. Going for 6s. 7's lack of headphone jack really kinda killed it for me.  

The only thing I think might be good about the iPhone 7 is the introduction of better processors.

My hope is one day phones can have powerful enough hardware to run games like GTA V and big game developers will develop dedicated games for mobile phones. Hopefully then the mobile phone game industry can stop being so terrible in terms of quality.

Other than that, Apple can **** off with this no headphone jack bull****.  

The Sony Xperia accomplished an incredible ip rating without eliminating its headphone jack.

Ok, I am against the whole jack elimination but there are alternatives to their Airpods. I just bought a nice pair of bluetooth Samsung Gear headphones for $40, and the sound quality is great. Apple should have waited a bit longer before they started the process of elimination.

The only reason I can see as logical is that the company wants more money by selling adapters  

I mean who doesn't have some bluetooth headphones lying around? I've had my Mpow bluetooth wireless headphones for over a year now to be used for a gym. You can find so many cheap alternatives on amazon. Plus people are blowing up the whole adapter thing, if you can't take care of a simple adapter maybe you shouldn't even worry about buying the phone. Who knows what they may add for the 7S to be released later?

But the whole concept behind Apple is simplicity, to be fair. The real argument behind this discussion is one that is highly unspoken; is Apple really Apple anymore?

Tell me, where is the simplicity behind carrying adapters everywhere you go? Design is not just looks, and Jobs understood that.

Well by that time, GTA V is gonna be a game that can be run on super low end computers, and all the good games will only be able to be run on computers, still. It's not like there's some hard cap where mobile phones are gonna catch up to PCs.  

The phones come with adaptors and earphones that use the lightning connector

Well by that time, GTA V is gonna be a game that can be run on super low end computers, and all the good games will only be able to be run on computers, still. It's not like there's some hard cap where mobile phones are gonna catch up to PCs.

Regardless, the mobile phone gaming industry is a lot worse than it can actually be.

I think mobile phones may end up replacing handheld consoles in the future but with the way most games on phones are I really wouldn't want that to happen unless a serious change happened.

crazy how much you're complaining, what you charge your phone 24/7???? if you're in a place where you can charge like a house/car there's no need for headphones, maybe try learning some proper battery management and you'll be able to enjoy music throughout your day without having to have your phone constantly charging which is what it sounds like you do  

This video was suggested to me on youtube and it may have been the worst video I've ever watched. Whyyyyy?

I don't really want to get in this whole argument but really saying "lol @ complaining about something you don't even have to buy" is a pretty dumb argument to use. I'm sure many people wanted to like the new iPhone and wanted to have the desire to buy it, so arguing that they don't have to buy it is invalid. It's like video games. People complain about a game that hasn't released yet because they want to like it, but were just let down. I just really don't like those poorly thought through arguments that it seems like everyone goes to.

It's simple buy another brands phones. If you don't support what Apple is doing just don't follow them anymore. I mean we are just a forum. We can say our thoughts on it but we can't change the fact that they will keep it without a headphone jack.

No point of calling others stupid and this and that. At the end Steve jobs is dead and we won't get jack back
