a.k.a last minute tag everyone. In your case, you probably have the connections to put some of these posted dream teams together, but it would lead to exactly what you said. The problem is nobody realizes this. I always considered making a guild of my own but with the current pool of people now isn't the time. I'll stick with Deity as they don't just noob recruit last second.

Fulgore i'm just saying that Eko was a big part of Deity, and it might take Deity a bit of time to find a replacement but when you guys do i'm sure you'll me favorites again (right now I think you guys will be semi finalists for the next GST with your current team) You guys don't practice until like a week before gst together. There is always space for improvement. I always deemed Mixed tougher than iDevice as Mixed has more variety. iDevice the first like 4 rounds are pretty easy because out of the 64 teams only like 2 of them will have the potential to win, whereas in mixed the first round may be easy but after that it gets really hard. |

Previous statements regarding the mix tournament--v
Note: i seriously doubt many people gave nessa a chance to win besides themselves.
Another note: dont trash the people that make last minute teams for gst. The so called true sparing guilds are just as bad. They recruit for the sole purpose of the gst, and if you dont believe me go to the guild spar room and you will only see them the week prior to the gst. AND im not trashing the mix gst, im only saying more strong teams will make it better. |

He's tried it once before. There are reputable players becoming a part of this new team, although I cannot vouch for their cooperative teamwork. Plenty of them are great people and excellent fighters from any angle (not to mention great friends), but the team itself will need work before being considered "deadly". I've never been a part of a team led by Tal, but I think he may possess the ability to tune and condition his new assembly before the next competition. Apply what Kuz said about Alumni to this newborn guild; Only time will tell.
I'd rather see 60 teams full of 7 proud, loyal members than 7 monster teams of 60 players sporting the guild tag for show. This is a rather extreme example, but yeah. |

this whole idea of guild loyalty and "real teams" is disgusting. let's be honest, 99% of the people preaching "real teams" only assemble their guilds for the purpose of winning the gst. your members are only "loyal" because they think they can win and they allow you to use them for GST. they are not your "friends" they are internet people playing a game, and their goal is to win in the game. this is evident by people ditching their "friends" for different guilds just for a "better GST team." ex: (Ruthless),(DoT), me from (US) to (Sage), eko from (Deity) to (Alumni), roxas from (Ruthless) crew to (5pa4), etc... hope you all realize this eventually. don't get mad at me for being the only person to be real with you on these forums. with that being said, tae and yurhomi are the 2 most loyal members of any guild ever formed. been with me since i picked them up when they were nobodies. |

99% may be a bit of a stretch, but you're on the right tracks. Sometimes the reason for leaving a guild is not as close to the surface as one might imagine, and the same goes for a player joining a new guild. For the most part, though, you're on point. Come to think of it, I think loads of every present day guilds have some sort of that going on somewhere. It doesn't necessarily taint the guild or the player, but it is undoubtedly negative and sadly exists.

maybe the concept is beyond your grasp, but some players enjoy being part of a well-organized group of people that get along and do well together in the game clearly what you've said is the case for certain people, and everyone knows that, but I don't understand why you preach it as if it's some well-guarded secret that only you know about yes, we all know that some people are attracted to guilds with a reputation and they show loyalty to that guild in part because they feel as if the guild benefits them - it's not a secret
stop polarizing and acting as if everyone does something because certain people do something I mean, no **** that certain people leave their guild out of interest in joining a more competitive guild, but who doesn't expect that out of certain people? some people do it and some people don't you tha reali$t man
briefly recruited Tae that's all I'll say because anything more will get an angsty and emotional status from Yurhomi (go ahead, you always do this) cue the random personal attacks because I challenged someone's thought process regarding the semantics of guilds on Graal |

I'm not sure if Comyt was specifically referring to Alumni when he said "your guild" and "your members", but Thallen presents valid examples in opposition in general. Also defensive, but proven rightfully so. Although, let's cut the slander, guys. No one wants to read it, and neither of you want to type it.
