I haven't fully played either yet but on what I've seen/know of what is going to be on each of them, I'd say Delteria by miles.  

 

You've seen like 4-5 screenshots each, how can you possibly make a decision? ._.  

Maybe they're referring to the Staff? But almost no staff members have actually been on BOTH servers though...
