Apparently with randomlook some players are getting a 300 second wait time and others are getting ridiculously high numbers.

Fixed.

Kenovo is still getting a really really high number, he's using iPhone 4s if that matters at all.

Someone on iPad reported the issue as well, Kenovo can use it on PC fine but not his phone.

So far no PC users I know have this issue.

My friend John tried it on his iPhone 5 and got a negative wait time (something in the -4000000's)

Divide that by 300 (wait time for each player) and you get about 1526014 which is 1522014 more than the usual total playercount. (rounded it up to 4k since lately there's been roughly 3,800-3,900 online and that's the maximum the total time limit would be at but even then less than 1000 use the command most likely)

It is possible to glitch through fences that are placed at half increments using a mount. Kind of defeats the purpose of the furniture. I can demonstrate in-game if necessary.
