Can we get some persistent dragon/angel/bat/demon wing accessories then? ;) |

Shouldn't the no-sword.png get removed? It's uncomfortable for me to spar players with that "sword"

Well I thought of a couple of reasons that are based on my opinion: Just how like invisible heads/bodies are not allowed on graal then neither invisible swords should be allowed in the game. For me, it’s hard to fight a player in towers/spar/events or wherever when he has no sword animation. I guess there is a little animation/hint that the player is swinging but it’s hard to tell sometimes. That’s just my own opinion though not sure how other players feels when fighting a player with that sword. Wouldn’t the reasons for having this sword removed be similar to the reasons why invisible bodies/heads aren’t allowed? |

Generally, we permit shields and swords that have missing frames. |

![]() "no-sword.png" sword: ![]() Yes, they both have missing frames but that's what you see if you compare them both. Wouldn't you say there is way more missing frames in the second picture? I believe there should be a limit of how many missing frames are allowed. Missing frames swords should be allowed I agree with that and I'm not requesting to put a high limit on missing frames. But that sword is completely invisible, the frames are only coming from the body itself. |

Saeed's logic is sound, imo. Not having a point to reference the hitbox for a sword is BS, and makes it harder to differentiate whether they are swinging or just moving.

Stab swords are closer in frame count to no-sword than swords with all the frames. There are typically four frames in stab swords, compared to seventeen frames in a sword that has all of the frames used. The people using no sword also lose out on seeing the reference point of the sword's hitbox, so it isn't without downsides. I might bring it up, but like I said, the sword probably can't be removed even if that was desired. |

It's a slippery slope. You could also argue that there are swords with graphics that are very small or too small (stick swords, other stab swords, swords with one or two pixel wide 'blades') to see easily... Or images with tiny animations...

i think it’s very obvious to see when someone is using their sword or not, even if you can’t see the sword you can still see the stabbing motion
