Only eat rice chicken and veggies. Push-ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, knee highs. Everyday a month. Play graal in between you'll get jacked. Also martial arts gyms usually get people into shape without it being to hard for most people.,it's just repetition.

The truth of the matter is different workouts and diets, will give the body slightly different looks. IF u want just a flat stomach, you could probably do this just by eating right. Cutting calories will get you to a certain body fat, cutting carbs will make you drop body fat lower, cutting carbs, sodiums, calories, and working out will get you the lowest body fat. Trying to lose fat at a fast rate will have the side affect of you gaining fat in weird places if you ever stop the diet, so keep that in mind. Getting to 10% body fat is pretty easy for the average person that is in some what good shape, dropping below 10% is where you really have to monitor what you eat. It would be very difficult getting below 10% body fat eating fruits, it might be possible, but I dont know anyone that has been able to do this. |

That being said in my opinion once one starts detoxing added sugars, trans fats, and eats a mainly unprocessed and healthy diet weight, loss should come quickly. |
