Or you could just spend 30 minutes afk in the gym to get the speed boost. You guys make it sound like it will be hard. Watch tv, hell go to an actual gym, come back and you have it.

Or spend that 30 min crying on the forums as I know most will do

i think the gym should have something to do rather than getting better stats just by AFKing (not sure if someone wanted the afk version, skipped other posts)

How about make it like the pokewalker for pokemon? So when you are in the gym on graal, and press "start running". Then you put your ipod in your pocket and jog/run/walk with out in real life, and it shows your character on graal jogging on a never-ending sidewalk. Then once you are done, you click a button that says "finish workout".

Or there are different stuff for ipad users. OR.... Graal makes a thing just like the pokewalker called a GraaFitness Walker and you clip it to your waist

By raising barbels you get a 2 point melee damage fan. Doing push-ups gives a larger increase of 5 more points. And lastly, doing the the flat regular media contributes knockback comparative to the crab daggers.
