I would like to follow your teachings, because you are one smart cookie. Speak more of your great philosophies.  

During my birthday i was up in my room playing Graal while my relatives were singing Happy Birthday to someone who was SUPPOSED to be down there...
Not much else to say Graal taught me all people are scumbags and sinners who deserve grueling punishment and i am no exception. It has not affected school though which I am greatful for!

It has nothing to do with adhering to social norms, but not letting a game rob you of other experiences that could lead to a better life of your own. The problem stems from the potential for things to go wrong. If they put off the rest of their life just to play games, but have the added privilege of someone holding their hand then there's a lot of potential to go wrong. What if something happens to said hand-holder? What if they get in an accident, or maybe they decide it IS time for you to move on? Then you're suddenly thrown into a brutal ****ing world and you're not prepared for it.

I'm not judging anyone, trust me. In just my own experience, I feel that gaming should remain a hobby and not let it take over your life. Like any addiction(though not comparable to actual physical addictions) it's a very slippery slope that can destroy someones life.


If someone can make it work, good for them. However I don't feel that's the sort of message we should try to give the younger, more impressionable players around here.

oh jeez we're getting into the 'what ifs' now? Kids should be afraid to play games a lot because their parents might die in an accident? You're making them sound more stupid and naive then they really are. REALITY CHECK if a kids parent/provider ****ing dies I'm pretty sure Graal is the last thing they are worrying about.

No, perhaps you should read better. Adults who were kids that were too addicted to games, now living with their parents who are the sole providers for them because of their 'addiction' and have no means to fend for themselves are not prepared for the likelihood that their hand-held life can suddenly come crashing down.

This is not about kids, this is about what happens if kids let games take over their lives.

But I've said what I had to say on the subject. I don't feel it would be productive to argue about something like this.

Hey man murder mystery was opening up i have a good reason!
You were also oblivious to the other part of the post where i state that graal has taught me something and that It still does not interfere in my schoolwork. BTW at the last second i slipped in to the party but not before i bought the detective body  

Graal taught me to walk up to any girl on the street like I would've done on graal.  

It is fun, but studies come first. Though it has played a huge role in my life! I love meeting new people on graal and i <3 NOOBS. sometimes...
