Just putting out there isn't it same on all graal's server/staff do speedcheck you fail-you get jailed banned. thats proof right there, you failed the system. Although..I'm pretty sure they(staff) only get certain options for banning/jailing(well its like that on ol anyway) so if was just staff doing manually without the speedcheck/hacking then the ban/jail should come up something not as related to speedhack and something like just glitch/hacking.

Sometimes on classic if your internet cuts out for a second then reconnects, your graal character goes at hyperspeed on everyone elses screen to catch up to your current movements.  

It is a security hazard because if someone who was rightly banned can see the evidence then they can figure a way around it.

I have been banned for Macroing in the past. If I was given the evidence as to how they received the information that I was macroing then I could find my way around their detection process.

It's the same with other MMOs like RuneScape. If I am banned for botting, they won't tell me how they figured I was. If I knew how they figured it out then I could work my way around it.

This is why a hacking/cheating ban is harder to "falsely" appeal (not saying you actually cheated/hacked) than a simple ban for screaming "UNIXMAD LIKES BREAD AND *** * * * * **** *** * " in Graal City.

Except everyone knows the detection process in graal.
You're caught for boosting kills if you're not moving just spamming s and gaining kills.
You're caught for speed hacking when some salty kid reports you when he loses.

And how would an actual video of me hacking in a spar show the detection process?  

I couldn't tell you, I've never been an admin. But if you haven't been unbanned by now, you were justly banned. You are very offensive about your ban as well, even worse you posted an "unban me" thread on the forums and managed to get away with it, somehow. There's nothing more anyone here can do for you. Good luck

You're caught for boosting kills if you're not moving just spamming s and gaining kills.

Pretty sure that there's an alert that goes off if someone kills the same person (and I'm not sure of the exact number) 10-20 times in a row. Now I haven't just pulled that info out of my ass, an old GP told me, but in all fairness there may be a new way to detect it.

1. Justly? Isn't the point of the thread about being able to see this proof/evidence that "justly" got him banned. He just feels like players should be shown the evidence against them especially when it's a 3 month ban.

2. Read the thread and tell me who made it about the ban instead of its intended purpose.

3. Can do or won't do? Big difference. They can always review and show the evidence, but odds is that they "won't"




I don't think they are in a hurry to show players evidence because it would just take more time to go through "support" tickets. Then when you take into account that the majority of bans are actually legit then it would just add unnecessary work for the small amount of unjustified bans.

@Albie don't be so hard on these social buttsniffers we call GP's, even the pros can make mistakes. I remember the Red Rufus calling me a cheating speed hacker at the Castle in the FB server after I spanked that butt.

Yeah that's true. I remember one time I was spanking Z's butt so bad in Bart's GH an admin popped up and told us we were setting off the boosting alarms.

Maybe so but the system would still show the usual/average speed that the pc/device runs at against the realtime speed, so any kind of short boost inspeed(kinda like how you slide on ice)wouldn't actually make a different as that would pc/device would still be running at the same speed.  

I'm surprised someone even showed up to ban you considering every time I report legit speeding that's incredibly obvious nobody shows up.

Some bans are very easy to provide evidence for. Inappropriate names, statuses, pm histories, etc. are able to be logged. When it comes to things like that, staff almost always have evidence to back it up. However, when it comes to situations like hacking, purposefully blocking paths, etc. the staff members have no way of logging what they player is doing (at least they didn't when I was staff). The GP use their best judgement and take action that way. Usually they will provide a small explanation of what was happening and why the player deserved the ban in the account log. When players appeal bans, the person in charge of appeals will look through the player's log and see what the issue was. More times than not the person in charge of appeals will believe the GP over the player, so if a reason for the ban was given and it sounds believable then the player will most likely remain banned.

What i wanna know is : Why GP's are allowed to READ Private Messages stories ? Isn't it supposed to be "Private" ?

They aren't allowed to look into it whenever they want, but they do have access to it if ever needed to check on for reasons.

I think that reading others stories is pretty disrespectful , regarding the fact that one could be talking about personal stuff with a close friend .. Just an opinion though , nothing to get crazy for

I've been banned before and I admitted to what I did in my appeal, I was basically saying I thought I deserved an unban but oh well I dealt with that. I guess I did say a rude word to my friend.

But anyway, I've sent this ticket in. I'm pretty sure I've got lots of good points and I'll be damned if I get a copy and pasted message instead of some hard evidence of me 'cheating or hacking'


Please read the whole thing, it might change your mind if you're a kiss up who opposes the idea of providing evidence.

I do believe writing an essay will just get their back up. Just be concise and to the point, never ever insult nor challenge their decisions, all you need to do is politely ask for the ban to be overturned as you feel you are not guilty of the offence. You must think of how many players try their luck with this and others who know they are wrong so just use this as a chance to attack any member of staff who reads it.

I wasn't rude on the ticket, I explained why there is no evidence and that I use a chromebook. Which is literally impossible to cheat on, I've already politely asked for an unban and now I guess I'm going to have to back it up with facts.

Now this thread isn't really about my ban, it's a petition; per sei, for evidence to be included because they obviously have it as they're always "reviewing it further"
And if they have no evidence to "review further" then there's no proof of your offence.
Dear all gp's, it takes less than a second to click the gyazo gif application on your taskbar. People shouldn't be banned for others lack of professionalism.

So either GP's sometimes decide to ban people on a hunch and lie about reviewing cases or there is some weird rule written somewhere that evidence cannot be shared, but I'm pretty sure it's the prior scenario.

The solution is to not talk about personal stuff with people who would report you for harassment. GPs don't randomly read PM history because they feel like it.
