I did, once from Tashkin of iZone. I got response after a few hours in ticket.

Yeah to think that a company would hold the rights of their customers above all and act in an ethical manner is quite naive. I made my case, I got my money back from Apple who refunded a Gralat pack purchase and gave me 5 iTunes credits. There is no anger towards not being able to play I already found iclassic for the most part unplayable. Based on principle and wanting to stand up for freedom of speech which is a liberty granted to most and wanting to bring some change to a game that I see a lot of potential in, i wanted to share this experience and for people to make their own judgments on the situation and these staff. Last post. Enjoy the lag and so long!

Yeah I'm banned which makes the game unplayable (which it already was with the lag, am I right? haha) but which makes quitting unnecessary.

I meant quit trying before they permanently ban you, they already made it 2500 hours, learn your lesson. You won't win here.

You should not have been banned for this. I would take it up with the Manager of the server or the relevant person.

I myself have given a Graal server a 1 star rating and I've had players tell me they would do the same because I haven't helped them as they would like on Era.

It's not the job of any Graal staff to reject and control actions of free speech that do not break the Graalonline rules. Rating a server badly is not against our rules.

Classic needs a change. But that change can't happen with Unixmad owning Graal.

He was banned for telling everyone to rate Graal 1 Star just because of a Server Lag... Only obnoxious people would do that.

Ratings are a personal opinion and therefore nobody has the right to punish another for it.  

But preaching and encouraging others isn't.
