If the Manager of the server isn't responding to you and you truly believe your account has been robbed through no fault of your own, I would suggest contacting Unixmad at [email protected] (I think that's the correct e-mail) or pm'ing him on forums.graalonline.com

How did it even happen in the first place o_o?  

I let this guy on my account while I gave him money on my iTunes for helping me base. A couple days later I go on and he took my gang, blocked me, took over $50 worth of furniture, sold all my customs, melees, special items, deleted me friends list, spent all my ec, married me to some noob. Luckily, he was a noob and didn't know you can reset spar stats because he would have.

What about my account, Reno? The manager of the server(Xor) nor the GPA(Axel) are responding. Should I contact Unixmad?

By letting him on your account that is breaking game rules and management does not have to compensate for that, it was at your own fault that this happened not theirs, also, why would you not revoke his access after you paid him and went back on to your account?

To clarify some stuff for the other posters;

PC Client no longer uses a gold system it has been removed and has been that way for a while now - it is only required now if you want to register on the official forums and obtain a community name.

Stefan has left and no longer works on graal or anything related to toonslabs.

You can definitely try to, although it seems like it is a lost cause, you will just have to wait the ban time out.  

The problem is that I don't know the lenght of my IP ban.  

Clear your browser cache and try connecting to classic.graalonline.com, should display the length time on a fresh account.

It is IP ban. My IP is blocked lol.  

For a computer science student at harvard you sure do make me face palm,

every single ban has a ban screen that displays even iP bans.

Lol. You don't understand how IP bans work at Graal, do you?

You don't have a ban screen for IP bans. It just says: You have been disconnected from the game server.  

As someone who has went through multiple iP bans, I know exactly how they work.

They display ban screens, well on PC at least.  

Everytime I open the app it says the message as I stated on the other message. Also on Facebook.

I have never been banned of playerworlds so I don't know how it is on PC client.

And I still doubt your knowledge about IP bans. On the ban screen you suppose it's from IP, it says: IP ban? Because if not, it is just a normal ban, which I perfectly know has a ban screen.
