Alright... Time to gather up the critics and staff's words and mix it up into a big understandable summary that both players can agree on:
The players to the staff
1.Too much content is based around hats. While they're a fun addition, staff members are slashing the prices and reviving old hats, when Furry specifically said in his own god damn words "The hats are supposed to be rare!". Is Furry like the only staff member nobody listens to!? But back to the point, there has been no major content that has kept us busy. RPS and Ghost form were like little fun to play ticks but died and lost interest in october pretty quickly. The holiday tokens aren't really helping either. The shop lacks of items.
2.The play was pretty much a complete downright disaster. It was okay for others but it lag'd and pretty much, everyone on this forum got bombarded by the murder theater cast because they gave us such a terrible excuse that they did not have time to work on the play.
3.Lets get this straight admins! We don't care about your behind the PC lives! Its not really bugging players but more likely putting them into complete frustration! Don't give some lazy excuse that you have a job to do or a family to feed or BLAH BLAH BLAH! You're 100% responsible for all content you work on and publish! You're held responsible for your position! we don't care if your work is 12 hours... If its a problem for you, then resign from the admin staff because what we're seeing here is nothing but garbage talk from admins... We players may talk like garbage but we do have several points here... and you're avoiding it with personal feelings to such ridiculous insults...
We got rumored by admins on a quest (which looks completely finished), a marriage chapel, and several areas rumored by other players... Please... Listen to your fanbase... If you want to keep some a surprise, then do so... But you should listen to your fans (as long as its acceptable)
4. There hasn't been any interesting events as well lately. Please try to add in a mix of events for all players to enjoy. From the PK to the Racing. Any will do :3
The Staff to the players
1. No one is forcing you to purchase these packs. You are held responsible for purchasing them and if you do, we don't give a damn. Theres no refunds upon all digital downloads and you're held for each one.
2. The hats and furniture updates are for a reason.. to keep players company while the big updates are held for the upcoming year.. Because while Graal Classic started off on a fresh point in the beginning of the year, the upload system and other stuff pretty much brought the game to a short downfall.. Therefore, we want to make it up by bringing you something fresh and something all groups can agree on
3. Shut up and give new players a chance! We want all players to have fun in this part. Sure hats and bodies have been released over and over again but it won't be fair for other players if they won't have it. Even though your proud and loyal, it does not mean anything to us. Please appreciate and contribute to the new players in Classic. Help them with something, Donate some hats we can sell, Let them join your guild and let them have fun. We want all players to feel welcome and acceptable to our game: Thats one of the biggest steps to being an Admin
4. Please stop complaining about tweaks and updates. This is for fellow Graal players to share their ideas in Graalians Forum. If you want to say something, we don't mind... Go ahead! As long as the topic does not harm/inflict directly against a fellow member or the game..
We're only looking for ideas that keeps Graal Classic at its roots and makes it a game acceptable for all.

1. Hats are going to continue coming, sorry. They're an easy item to release and appease folks while we work on bigger dev projects. Would you rather us starve you for a month or two straight? I think you'd start complaining then too.
2. I found the play particularly hilarious. The play was entirely player-run. You lay on the ground and pout about how it was terrible. Well who's fault was that? Not mine, and not my staff! The play was PLAYER done. Players did all the acting, work, etc. I don't see how it's my fault if a couple folks can't get their act together (pun intended). It's not my fault if you didn't enjoy or appreciate it either. My staff worked tirelessly to put together the building, the stage, all the graphics, the scenes, the scripting, etc. As far as I'm concerned, the project side of it was a major success.
3. I suppose I could care less about your life too. I apologize, but you do not and probably never will (sorry, being harsh but you ticked me off bud) have the skills, dedication, or worthiness of being part of this Staff body. I have no personal what-nots that are prohibiting me from taking blame on ANYTHING. If I've done wrong, or my team has, then blame lands where it should. I'm sorry, but as a company, I'm not going out of my way to tell you the stuff that goes on behind the scenes. Frankly, it's none of your business. You should be THANKING us that we communicate freely with you. I don't see you talking daily to WoW Staff, or Google, or any other company for that matter. Can you call up the CEO and Board of Directors for Wal-Mart and pester him about over-priced vegetables and how you'd like $5 off of a video game because you tripped and fell in the parking lot? No, and if you did, I'm sure you'd be the laughing-stock for the day. Yes, we are 100% responsible for our positions. I feel like you're forgetting the most important fact; this isn't a job. This doesn't take precedence over anything else in my life. If Graal does for you, then you have some maturing to do. Now I suggest YOU suck it up, stop whining like a 3 month old, and give POSITIVE criticism instead of bashing.
I do believe we listen to our "fans". By "fans", I mean part-time customers. I can't call you full customers because most of you probably use your parents' money to purchase things. And if you don't, then you are running Graal completely 100% free, which means you really aren't a customer at all. We've implemented numerous things that players request. And no, you haven't seen squat. None of our current work is on the main server. Unless you have Development Access (Which I can assure you that you don't), you don't know what's coming out. I could be introducing TellyTubby's tomorrow to Graal and you wouldn't have the slightest clue.
There ARE interesting events out there. I can't help it that your attention span is that of a goldfish. CTF is barely used and absolutely enjoyable. Get some friends together and stop whining to me. I am not your parents, I won't tell you what to do when you blab at me that "you're bored". Not my problem.
We do actually offer refunds when necessary. There are refunds available for uploaded content. There isn't for content you purchase in game. You have the option to click on the item, and the option to click Buy. There's also an option to click out of the screen.
There are no "rare" items. No rare hats, no rare furniture. There's LIMITED EDITION - I think you're confusing the two. Rare signifies that there is worth in an item after purchased. Truth be told, there's no economy to Graal at this current point in time. You can't trade your hat, and you can't trade your table. That being said, how can an item be rare? It can be limited, because there are only a certain number hanging around, but not rare.
I hope this answers your questions, concerns, or hate mail.
