I think the polar bear needs to be bigger, and legs need to be wider. It looks sort of like it bred with a mouse at the moment.

one thing to keep in mind about bears is that they usually have a tummy,

yay for old pic as example, but you can see how the difference in line art actually makes it start to resemble the animal it is supposed to be. Also, I think your head shape plays a role in the awk looking too.  

got bored, feedback welcomed. Used a ref pic, but I dunno how I like it. Supposed to be a fancy hat with a curl on the brim.

Actually i made that from scratch, i have multiple saves of the unfinished project to prove it. If prefer if you thought about your replies and checked to see if their right.  

Made a tiger hat but I don't really like the back view, mind giving some feedback or help?

Looks like an exact copy of one of the GST hats that was used on iclassic.

Sorry if this was confusing, I now realize most hoods would look a lot alike considering that its a hood and their isn't a lot of options for how you could make one.

that isn't exactly a step-by step process, it's just you putting the hat on a template and removing, adding and resizing a few sprites. I'm not accusing you of stealing but your 'proof' doesn't count for much

I just checked out the hood in the castle shop, and realized they look nothing alike, sorry for acusing you... .-.

Nice work! Wish I had you working on Demonium. Lol.
Try silver toning the bumper a bit more, and rounding off the front of the car.
That little window panel is awkward. Try expanding out the front windshield and side windows, until that little middle panel is gone. It will be easier when you round the car off.
