A sterile couple will still have a mum and a dad to nurture the child making your whole rant about me being racist and white girls not being able to have sex with jester invalid. I would appreciate it if you don't post on my threads anymore if you keep offending me as a person, Thanks!
Ok my next point, religious thing: “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.” Matthew 19:4-6 Doesn't say leave for a husband. “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.” Matthew 19:4-6 My next point is how it says wife not husband. Marrying a guy when your a guy isn't a real marriage so why should it be allowed? |

I hate the word "homophobic," people tend to assign it to everyone that doesn't agree with the homosexual lifestyle, which is way off of it's origin.

This image sums up my entire opinion on homosexuality. Homosexuality isn't a choice, but the column on the right definitely is. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-a_O6G847paM/UD09UB0Z37I/AAAAAAABeCw/CBIktiMNejA/s1600/wrong.jpg (Unsupported image host) |

An example of what I am talking about is the bible's sexist views on women (Colossians 3:18; Ephesians 5:22). Obviously the church does not support these views anymore regardless of what the bible says, so that means we can modify our ever changing morals to be in support of the gay community as well. |

Did I seriously just read that? It's already been proved in this thread, never mind proved countless times elsewhere that homosexuality is not down to decision, so it's odd how you have literally no tolerance for racism against people with darker coloured skin but you can't see an issue with homophobia?
All that aside though, I really don't think 'debating' a topic like this with a bunch of kids who obviously aren't mature enough to even make a decent attempt is a good idea, because it always ends in tears. |

I love gay people, they are hilarious. I grew up with both a mother and father, I had thought they had a happy marriage but they ended up divorcing around 06/07. but both my father and mother are still the best of friends like how they were when they were married. anyways after the divorce my mother spoke to my brother, my sister, and myself on why they did it. She was in tears and had a hard time telling us that she was gay and the reason why she married my father was because she was trying to fit in with society. she thought we wouldn't accept her because she "wasn't like the other mothers" and because my brother and I would always be like "that's gay, stop being a f*g" to each other but we were kids, it was just another way of calling each other an asshole or something. Everyone in my family, even my father, accepts her for who she is. They were oldschool back in the days, my mother didn't say to anyone that she was gay because of how Her mother and grandmother were strict with religion and society and all that crap. I went to a Private(religious) High School and was not ashamed for my mother to be gay, everyone knew about it and didn't say a damn thing about it. My mother and her partner would even go to my school whenever she had to go and I'd go too. She's happy with her partner and that's all what really matters. I highly don't care what a book of stories say on how marriage should be, I will always support gay marriage. |

The dangers of same sex pregnancy! But really, your points are be a bigot because bigotry happens, that bull **** marriage argument, and that the gays will get greedy! You're actually a **** human and the fact that your so unaware of what you're saying proves what an idiot you are. Also, a debate based on hate is always going to offend someone so don't play that card. |

If you are against gay people raising a kid because they will be judged, then you are in a paradox of circular reasoning. Your opinions shouldn't prevent people from getting the same legal benefits as anyone else. Gay couples exist regardless of the law. What they do is none of your business, and you shouldn't pretend it is. If it is against your morals to be homosexual, then don't be homosexual. That's all there is to it. |

I don't know where you live, but there is quite a high population of "fabulous" individuals here in the New York City area. Its fabulous people's inappropriate behavior I have an issue with. |

America is a melting pot of different people, different cultures, different races, different ideals, different religions, different beliefs, different everything. And isn't that sort of freedom what's made America what it is today? The obvious answer is yes, so isn't it self-destructive to start ostracizing and working against other people for the reasons listed above? Black people can't help it that they're black, so is it fair to put restrictions on them? No. Women can't help it that they're women, so is it fair to put restrictions on them? No. Homosexuals can't help it that they're homosexuals, so is it fair to put restrictions on them? No. We have to learn to accept one another if we want to be taken seriously in the world. Decide for yourself whether you agree with it. That part is up to you. It's not my business to tell you that you can't think that homosexuality is wrong; that's your choice. Just keep it between yourself and your comprades and don't try to force your beliefs on anybody else. America has already gone through this issue more than twice, so why don't we take the high road for once and avoid this issue before it begins? |
