I personally like items being droppable-- it puts the economy in the hands of the players.

But I understand why they've decided not to emulate this from PC-- They make more money if people purchase Gralat packages.

They would still make money when they release new guns because no one is going to just drop a gun they just got. Every time a gun comes out 80% of players try to buy it, so Gralat pack would still be used. My idea is more of a charity thing. I don't need it. I don't use it. I give it away.

I think all items but guns should be droppable. Then, on actual holidays you should be able to "gift" gun vouchers worth x amount if gralats. It's kind of like buying iTunes cards, where you put money on it and redeem in another place. You would only be able to buy one per holiday for a set amount and you can only use them in gun shops.

Or, as Runescape once did, make a voucher system for items. Then you just make a simple "give" command for those. People could trade in their unwanted guns for a voucher (and a fee to put it on a voucher) and give them to friends on holidays.

Guys do you get how much Stefan makes? He probably regrets not making iPhone servers earlier. As much as he enjoys money, apparently he doesn't like the idea of 1 person, aka moneybags, buying bars for their whole gang and ruining it for everyone. That's one reason I heard. Also, a lot of items are meant to be special. Why give them away? What I don't understand is why buy all these melees and gani items if you just wanna "trade" them away. If they made a trade/drop system items like that would lose their value because they wouldn't be hard to acquire. Rares are rare partially because you don't know who you can trust with a trade.

Also, staff really can't help everyone who got scammed. Thousands of iPhone players are on graal compared to the few hundred on pc. The staff team are all unpaid volunteers, and there isn't enough of them to handle every other persons complaint about scams.
You bought it, you dropped it, your fault.

But a drop any item/trade system would make a lot less people complain either way.  

Atleast make those really rare guns like the pink m4 and golden Uzi Droppable. I would so trade for one but snk doesn't ever reply even after spamming him/emailing him/finding him (it's like he's promised not to ever reply to me) and thus I can't attempt on getting it transferred. The golden katana is Dropable so I don't see why they can't make the pink m4 and golden Uzi droppable too. ;(  

Make everything droppable or make nothing droppable.

Well, maybe he wouldn't be faced with that scenario if he replied the first time round.
C'mon, he's the manager. If you can't message him expecting atleast a reply back then you can't really do anything can you now. I have many secret glitches, ways to 'hack' things and all sorts of other problems which I would love to tell snk so he can sort it out. I cant really tell him anything if he believes I lack the respect for him to reply back. I might as well just take full advantage of them then I guess.
I would love to see an alternative of him by replying back. Why else can I do? If the manager doesn't reply his emails/messages then who else is sopposed to? Not that I have anything against snk but it's a fact, he never ever replies back no matter if it's just me or other people who are 'lower' in the Era ladder. ((

Its all about ****** money.
There are people that don't work to get anything but press the buy gpack button.Other side people work hard to get less/not so many good things.
Besides the story of the trade system/droppable items.The gralat pack ruined it all in first place.Pc era can handle everything much better,simply because you can't buy in-game cash.And that changes everything.(You have irl cash,you use it on graal=you can
Play and have fun,if you don't well then you're gonna work to get some ****ty guns).(You guys know what I mean)

Here's what you do:
1) Go to a restaurant with ten 12 year old kids (or younger)
2) Have everyone sit at different tables.
3) Order a meal that you do not like. Tell the others to do the same.
4) Ask to see the manager! Tell the others to do the same.
5) Complain about how the food is bad, even though you saw the description on the menu.

Now, expect someone who gets spammed useless information to be able to pay attention to a normal guest who has a valid complaint. It's not his fault, it's the fault of people who waste his time.  

I don't know what you meant by that,

I think there should be better communication as well, however, they dont really care, even if they say they do, they dont, a majority of admins are children who know nothing of customer service, so dont expect it lol i dont, however Snk is an adult but he runs the entire game, so dont expect a response from the man who has to worry about real issues with the game, development, server issues etc., not petty issues, or indiviual "i want this or i want that", but i would suggest emailing multiple admins directly, if you wanna try [email protected], etc. if you contact them through their direct emails or through graalians they seem to respond faster.  

They get thousands of emails and PMs about useless stuff, and they probably do care, some of them, so they read all the messages and they can't get to yours quickly because everyone else spams them.
