Difference being; unpaid intern is for work experience to actually get a paid intern job.

Eventually you can get promoted to global admins if you b good. Aren't they paid?

I don't know; global admins are generally quite a closed group.. it's pretty near impossible to get to that point o.o;; in which case you'd no longer be working for Iphone.

Why the hell does Era keep releasing damn melee weapons? it's a f*****g gun server for God's sake! and for the record, Era only is SUPPOSED to have 5 melee weapons; Hunter Knife, Scythe, Katana, Bamboo Rod, and Lightsaber. STOP RELEASING MELEE WEAPONS AND START RELEASING GUNS! and to all the noobs that keep pming me asking me "wher u ben darkight?" the answer is not on era anymore, due to the craptacular amount of melee weapons.

FUN FACT: There are more melee weapons than Guns on iEra!

Haters gonna hate, also it's easier to release mellee's than guns since there's less balancing issues involved which is what people complain about the most.
It might be better if no new weapons were released, what'd you complain about then complainers? huh!?

It is not a job, regardless of whether or not you have to fill out an application.
It is a volunteer position that staff take upon themselves to get experience, to have fun (in some cases) and to help keep Graal running smoothly.

One does not just get promoted to the PWA (Global) team after X amount of years. The Global's hardly ever recruit, and if they do I'm sure they have a list of people they're interested in, and wouldn't necessarily recruit from playerworld/commercial staff.

I wouldn't imagine globals being paid, I imagine it's a volunteering job not unlike our own.

The thing that annoys me most is noobs getting mellees with knockback and trapping you in a corner and killing you. then they think they are suddenly pros
