It's been established that the word has different meanings in different parts of Albania already, and that the younger generation Albanians don't consider the term offensive whatsoever. If someone goes and does research to try and ban the name, they should do enough to provide full context and not just surface evaluation. Either trust in what the players are telling you, or fully look into the issue, doing an in-between thing is kinda shady.

This is beyond funny.

Honestly, expecting every word combination to not be a swear word is beyond fruitless. Mocha, as innocent as the concept is, is a swear word in some slavic dialects. Hilarious things like this will just happen. But given what I'm reading, I am convinced this was miscommunication.

("Zezak" still sounds like an alien name in a Simpson's halloween episode.)

So you'd let someone name his guild n***a since black people use to call eachother n***a without considering it as an offensive term?  

I believe its racist to disban a guild that meant black Person. We all know if I made a guild name for another word that meant white person would u disban it? Would anyone care? That's what makes this planet sad is with all these racist ppl tbh.

The difference is that it's still offensive if I were to say it to a black person (at least deemed so by black people as a whole), but according to the Albanian people in Zezak - and correct me if I'm wrong- but the term is used to casually address someone of color there and it goes perfectly fine.

There is also a much heavier social stigma around the N word that will never exist around Zezak.

Google translates it as "n****r","negro","ebony" next to "black". As an admin, you should go by ones word definition.
Now again, I'm not from Albania and don't know how it's being used but if I translate it and it tells me "n****r" as a translation, I would deal with it. I asked an Albanian friend of mine what it means and his answer has "zezak means n****r".

2) Even if your guild would be called *random racial slur against white people* ( I don't even know one tbh) it woudl be the same scenario:
a) Player X would report you explaining the admin why it is against the rules;
and
b) Admin Y would follow the rules, do his duties and punish you.

had he not been in the gst this wouldnt have happened, because a salty opponent probably just reported him and brought up some google translate to get him out of the match.

Your point is? Someone used his foolishness to create an advantage. Nothing against the rules with that.
