if you think a good staff member should walk around unstealthed and abuse their tools for "fun" then yeah don't worry about getting hired anywhere

Yeah it really does get kinda old. At first it's kinda exciting, and then you realize nothing really changes about you except for a few extra PMs and an actual job that you have to do.

For OP:
Being a GP is not meant to be fun. Yes, at times it can be, but a job is still a job. You still have to work, there's specific requirements you have to meet, and if you don't meet them you will easily be fired. Investigating reports can be tedious, you deal with a lot of hate from the community (hi spar) and you have to be constantly patrolling the map. Being a GP isn't just about hosting lots of events, unstealthing in public, exploring off-limit areas, and then giving the occasional ban: reports are constantly coming through, you can only host events so often, and there isn't even much to see off-map.

It's still hosted, but there's a reason it is not hosted very often anymore.

But I don't have many hours and I'm probably less trusted on those servers. I a huge noob on zone I'm like only level 4.

if you want to gp on another iserver you should spend some time getting into those servers and improving your stats/equipment.

Isn't asking for a position lessen your chance to get hired? And if you want to be an admin of some sort, why not go and find the application forms for that specific server? Cheers!  

Apply for a job in real life...make actual stacks of dollars, not stacks of green pixelated rocks.
