Sparring/Towering? Good luck having fun when so many people cheat via speedhacking and/or manipulating their lag. I've suggested parameters for addressing this problem. Does anyone care enough? Events? I've never gotten into one. I've suggested an algorithm that could help take into account queue starvation so players can have more equitable access to events. Does anyone care enough? Bug hunting and looting? They would be more fun if there was actually something you could do with the stuff other than release it in your house or sell it. Make honey to sell? Use your bugs to solve different gardening problems? Build different devices with loot? There are a lot of possibilities, but apparently all that's important is selling stuff so you can buy hats. Pirates? It's pure grinding with no real strategy involved. In other words, it's boring. Hats? I don't care about hats. They're symbols of how many hours of life a player has wasted grinding to me, and I don't see how that's fun at all. |

http://www.graalians.com/forums/show...1&postcount=55 Common measures of lag and a real world example of how the measures are used to restrict gameplay features. Data collection on these measures can also be used to identify bottlenecks in server performance. http://www.graalians.com/forums/show...18&postcount=1 |

They basically go into people's account (those who save bees) and removed 80% of their gralats instead of making it fair by nerfing the spawn rate that is fair to all players. Having people buy less gralat packs to protest about the server upgrade isn't a good idea afterall. |

Again, this change just shows how out of touch the devs are with this game. Let me guess, bee farming was "never intended", right? Unbelievable. This one's really a slap in the face. |

I'm starting to think what happened here is that a certain Dev (who's name perhaps rhymes with "Musty"), looked at the numbers for the amount of bees being sold, and adjusted the sell price accordingly, while not taking into account this extremely relevant factor (the bee-spawning leaves all over the map for 3 months straight, and like I said before, the addition of Destiny and a crapload of bee-spawning grass that came with it). If you looked at the numbers before the fall season, I bet you'd see a big difference. And if you look at the numbers before Destiny, I bet you'll see see a difference again. You're the ones who kept adding more and more high-bee spawning areas. What exactly did you think was going to happen? It would be nice if we got an official response on this. You have some rightfully angry players on your hands. |
