I think controlling time wouldn't be the best, seeing as you can't 'normally' use your powers at a constant. And eventually guards will be let down. I think super powers are much like Rock, Paper, Scissors...

However, I'd like to have powers like Nightcrawler... and since I can only choose one of his... Teleportation.
