Been playing the beta for a few hours now, I love it. The parkour stuff is ridiculously fun to do. The game play is so well-paced and there's always something to do. Yes, I will admit the bots are a little dumb and easy, but they're basically put there to pass time until you get into a real fight with an actual player. Can't really say there's much bad things about this game simply because it's just the beta but the weapons could use a bit of balancing.  

I've had a hell of a time. First I got the wrong platform email to me, but I was able to email origins and get the beta added to my account. I downloaded it over night and woke up and the game ran perfectly. I got into the training session and saw a weird texture issue with the characters and other enemies/teammates. Well they didn't do any testing for my ****ty intel graphics card now I'm sitting here with my fingers crossed hoping they can fix it.
TL;DR: My PC Titanfall sob story but I might have an excuse to finally buy an nvidia.

As in it's a Beta testing the game prior to it's actual release
meaning it's bound to crash since it's being tested  

yes im aware what beta testing is. I have just never heard of a beta that crashed as hard as this on the first day.

It's going open beta soon, or so people say.  

I got the chance to download it free on the xbox one marketplace  

Better get some playing time in, because if I read correctly the game closes on the 8th. I like this game, but it does definitely have its cons. First off, no split-screen? Really? I don't understand why the creators don't just throw in a split-screen mode. Me having a little brother, you don't understand the pain of having to take turns while playing every single-player xbox game I own. Next, there's a lack of customization. If they're releasing most of the customization through this beta, then from the looks of it it's pretty disappointing. On the other hand, almost anyone can be good at this game and there is constant action. Nothing beats getting to call down one of those massive titans and demolishing your enemies to bits.

Beta closes on the 18th and there's no campaign in Titanfall I'm pretty sure it's just multiplayer

Fail, I forgot to proofread my post. Yah, you're right it closes on the 18th. The game doesn't contain any sort of single player campaign. From the looks of it, any form of campaign will be done all online. Basically, if you don't have Xbox Live you can't do anything on this game.  

From what I have researched they have stripped A LOT out of the beta and more customization features will be included at launch. They are using the beta to stress test their servers seeing as it is an always online game.
