I've caught random episodes now and again but it has never really interested me. I have wondered though, where did the Zombie Apocalypse originate from in the show?

It's pretty cliché. Show starts out with Rick(the sheriff) being shot and ending up in the hospital. Wakes up and zombies are everywhere. They've hinted at various news reports on it but almost all of it has been very vague, noting odd outbreaks and so on.

That last episode was something I didn't see coming... Where Rick has to kill Shane.. I was also sort of confused of how Shane turned into a Zombie... He had only been killed by a knife; not a Zombie... I thought that the only way you turn into a Zombie was to be bitten by one... Wasn't that the Season Finale though? :/ I don't want to wait that long before it comes back...

Yeah me either although my friend told me that in the comics Shane dies for that exact same reason but the one who killed him was Carl..As for the Zombie thing I think it's airborne now or has been so everyone is infected even the living people.The zombies don't turn them into zombies it's if you die then that infection goes into play.For example if you die of hunger then you die the infection goes into effect.Same goes with the zombie bites..The bite is what kills you doesn't turn you into them.What I'm thinking is if it is airborne will the baby that Lori has be a zombie mutated baby or the cure?Btw the season finale is this sunday coming up I can't wait lol.

Ah. Haha. I heard that that was what had happened...

I'm so glad that the season finale wasn't that last one... I would've died because of how it left off...
Only 4 more days until the season finale! =D

Yeah, same. I was kind of surprised that Shane got killed in that last episode... I kind of thought that they would keep him around for like more drama in it. But, at the same time, I'm glad he's off... Haha. I was sort of getting tired of him.

Yeah,Shane brought that on to himself you can't have to alphas in a group and lets face it Rick handles things a lot more better than Shane does.In my opinion

I'd like to see the mom die off, and the grey haired lady, then I might watch it again. Too much drama with them around

Who saw the Season Finale? That was crazy! So many zombies and luckily, none of the "main" characters died.
But... I don't want to wait that long until I can see what's next... x_x

Yeah I saw the season finale it was sick!Sucks how Jimmy and Patricia died kind of brutal but that's what happens for being slow XD

And being nobodies. They were just Hershell's other children that got no spotlight, so they were safe to write off as casualties. The other daughter got a little attention when she tried to kill herself, and Maggie is obvious. They took no risks killing those two off, but then again we already lost Dale and Shane so no need to kill any more of the group just to make a point.

Jimmy's death confused me though. Not sure how the zombies got into the RV from the BACK, and why he didn't just drive off when Rick and Carl jumped on.
