They don't have their Terms of Use stated, thereby players don't have a rule book to be guided by. They would be able to legally exploit that if they are a new player and randomly glitched then got jailed for it. They were told no where that they were unallowed to preform this action, thus they could sue GraalOnline for it. |

THINK OF THE SITUATION THIS WAY: When you're born as a U.S citizen, you don't have to sign an agreement, you're already bound to the same rules as every other citizen. Same applies to graal. America has the constitution. No one agreed to that, they're already bound to it automatically. No one agrees to the Graal Code of Conduct. You're bound to it. tl;dr |
