Black bars are apart of the background wallpaper I usually do them over all the files I have on my computers since I use them in public a lot and have somewhat paranoia

You could name them something there not instead of looking extremely suspicious; a desktop with blacked out file names, public pedo parifinalia

It's notifying me that I have it disabled because I don't use/need it

also, I enjoy the look of the black bars anyways so I prefer them over randomly renaming something and most of them are filled with links to downloads so I need to know what the downloads are for since it's pretty much just random number files
