it's purely based on opinion.  

There's a difference between being the best and having the most kills.  

The only PKing on this server takes place in towers, so I don't think it really matters whether or not you single out MoD Tower or not. It all includes a mass of players tossing bombs at each other or repetitively tapping the sword button. I would like to see more players beating down on people on the entire overworld, not just in towers. I'm not against towers, I just think people need to focus on them much less. Anyone who understands my reasoning can be considered a good PKer in my opinion.

However, I do remember iDylan using a technique where he would move with the nearly invisible rat transformation, switch back quickly to slash someone, and repeat the process. Over a remarkably quick time, he became pretty good at the technique. As uneasy as I was about the slander his guild tossed at the guild I fought for, I admit he did a great job taking down a number of our members effectively with this technique. Kudos to iDylan, and I hope to see him PK this way again in the future!

I've only managed to beat him once out of five in a spar, but that was because I used his lag against him. You have to hit where you think the other person will be. However when going up against someone from another continent or who lags it gets a little more complicated lol..  

Pking is the same as sparring for me just with more room and other factors that contribute to it. Best pkers I don't know. I go by visual performance, not stats. It could be anyone on Graal.

Pking takes way more skill then sparring.
any lagger can win at spars.
and unlike sparring there is obstacles.

umm, have you tried pking in one place and spamming a sword, and get 1k kills in a day? i don't think so.

you took my comment so literally its hilarious.
no one said anything about amount.
i said you can still pk people if you stand in 1 spot and spam(talk about skill). and you cant while sparing.  

best pker? well, couldnt really say. traditionally people would look at kills and deaths but that basically meant the lamest player was usually considered top. by that i mean the guy that pks and then would run in at 0.5 hp and heal, then come back out and continue pking.

calling someone the best pker is different than calling someone the best sparrer. in spars it's a 1v1 balanced environment, in pks anything goes. usually the player who can be the most clever (laming with npcs), sneaky (running away, healing, and coming back), and not trade hits would be considered a top pker.

Yes, and I have done so, but it isn't very efficient...
Turning to hit towards the player is still in one spot.

Same as PKing, unless they are closed off and can't get around you, it still is not very efficient..

PKing can be harder since the victim has more room to run around in, and can simply run away. They can also use weapons and other scenic objects.

Sparring can be harder since the opponent wants to be there and fight back, they could be of or at a greater skill than you.

I'd do that in the Swamptown tower.. they still have the chance to kill me.
I'm pretty sure I have about 55 kills per hour, use to have more. Deaths are around 8k, but I'd have to check.. I wouldn't call it laming. :[ I've versed people who would run outside and warp to their guildhouse, or hide in the water, or read a sign not giving the chance to kill them.. That I would call laming.

Also, in a spar you forgot about latency. As mentioned before, someone in Japan versing someone in America it would depend on if you could be where you believe they would be in a few milliseconds. That is why I never liked attacking Swamptown when Japanese guilds had it.

I'm sure they didn't like trying to kill me either, I knew I could walk through them if they kept coming at me. However, sometimes my bombs wouldn't affect them either..

This is the same reason I don't care to spar Point much.
He isn't only good, but he is better at estimating when to hit...
