And last thing I'm gonna say on the thing where people think I VPN. Firstly take CTA classes. Not only are they fun but you learn actual legitimate reasons why someone would be in America and delay. Secondly if I TRULY and DELIBERATELY wanted to cheat in graal. With full intention of making it impossible for people to beat me. I would use a thing called "Data flow stopping" and using another device to watch the spar and somehow make that device watching the spar not delay or lag at all. I'd stop all data INCOME but keep data OUTPUT going on my laptop, and watch and control my character on another device that is on a different Wi-Fi or on some cellular network which for the sake of this, Will assume it somehow doesn't have the delay it does now. And you may be asking. Why would you do that? Because it is the closest thing you could get to a natural god mod on graal caused by lag, Because the data flow stopper wouldn't see the enemy moving and cannot be damaged by them. But the enemy sees them moving and could be damaged. |

Rusix, thanks for sharing your knowledge on this topic. Have you ever considered that it doesn't actually matter to anybody WHY you delay so badly (vpn, no vpn, who cares)? the only thing of interest is THAT you delay so badly. and that is a problem. no matter which way you want to put this, it remains a problem. yet, you seem to assume that since 'it's not my fault' and 'what can I do about it', the delay becomes less of an issue and it's kind of okay since let me guess, 'alot of other sparrers delay badly too'. why would someone who spars you care on whether the delay is eventually forced or not? the spar is ruined. so, for a rational analyst like you - i think that's what you are trying to be on this forum - there should quickly occur the conclusion that - to make things better - you should stay away from sparring. same @ all other unhittable sparrers obviously |

Plus to be honest my delay is heavily over exaggerated on how much I delay, Which is probably why people do think I delay a lot is because I assume they may actually over guess where I really am. Proof below. https://youtu.be/_Uo39-vZFvI The link above shows me simply hitting a spot of leafs. When I swing the sword is when my client is seen swinging the sword. When the leafs spur up thIs when the server received it. It's the same time frame for when players get hit or whenever anything gets hit from me.. Usually 1.25 seconds. As u have actually done the math on and is on average. Sometimes 0.9 seconds. So no my delay isn't really THAT large to even begin with. I even knew a American who I Skyped a lot a while back in 2015 named maskedkiller( or something like that, I just called him drew ) and he literally delayed worse than I do now, Yet everyone thinks he was a legit delayer, Despite in the video I seen him in, Measured his delay to be 3.75 seconds. But me with like barely 1/3 of that Is called out as a VPNer (which now thinking of it is kinds hilarious) I'll even let you take a stop watch and hit me to prove it yourself. Anytime , Anywhere you'd like. |

Delay isn't even really the issue imo. The real issue is the fact that the game is made in such a way that it allows people to gain an advantage in basically anything due to important game elements being done clientsided. You can't really expect graal to run everything through a server though since there are lag issues already and they'd probably have to rewrite most of the game in the first place in order to achieve fair competitive play. Doubt Unixmad would be willing to invest money into things like this either since if it isn't "broken" why fix it. This issue will never be solved and putting in extra measurements just hurts the game because it could lose out on potential players. |
