Funny thing about that shooting range. It posts your device ID (which should only be quoted to an admin) after you use it. Hack much?

It's the only rock southwest of the missle, on the farthest west of the screen. Grab the rock.  

just look along the west tree line on the edge of map in northridge when you see the rock just press grap on it
