not neccessarily

everyone can test graphics offline or on testbed, or even without testing it works with graphics

scripting is probably the only class that requires real powers, everything else is just nice perks that speed up development process

you can make stuff for whatever server you wish, as long as its good enough

even if you made it and became GAT, doesnt automatically mean they will use absolutely everything you make

As someone on the graphics team, i'll vouch for this! Though it's not a bad thing or something worth getting salty about, chances are the work you put into something CAN be used for something else (gifts/bazaar?)

False, I made gfx for iEra and never applied or was hired there. I never applied for the servers I was hired on either.

Yeah i made some gfx and didnt sign up
